Official Entries to the 3rd Raul S. Roco Youth Achievement Awards

After the evaluation and screening of the submitted project proposals for the third edition of the Raul S. Roco Youth Achievement Awards last February 16, 2009, the Committee is pleased to inform of the list of project entries which were chosen as qualifiers for this year search.

They are:
